A brief history
We began trading in 1994 with 2 long serving fabricators, it wasn’t long before demand outstripped our capacity, closely followed by more staff, and then new premises in 1996. It soon became apparent that we needed to establish a machine shop to cope with our ever growing demand for sub assembly parts. This was achieved buy employing an experienced general machinist with a firm background in conventional and CNC machining.
Once again we outgrew our premises because of expansion in both our fabrication and machining departments. We moved to our current site in 1998, which has served us well allowing room for further growth. We now have a large fabrication department as well as a machine shop with over half a dozen CNC’s, as well as conventional milling and turning capabilities.
We have also branched out into some assembly work as well as laser marking. We will also begin vacuum forming sometime towards the end of 2006.
Our aim
Our aim hasn’t really changed from day one. This is to provide our customers with a package that keeps them coming back time and again whatever their needs. We currently have customers on our books that have been with us since our first year of business. Our customer base has grown from a handful in the first year to numbering in the hundreds at this point in time. These range from customers that order on a daily basis to small concerns that we hear from once in a while. This is testament that we service our patrons to a standard that they require.
