Plastic Fabrication
Our Plastic fabrication department produces a wide range of items from small enclosure and covers to large chemical tank and waste tanks.
We use a range of plastics including, Polypropylene, PVC, Polycarbonate and PETG. All of the plastics mentioned here can be
|
|
welded, we also fabricate items that require gluing or fixing with screws.
Most of the items we fabricate are pre machined in our machine shop to guarantee accuracy and finish.
We have heat bending facilities up to
2.4 Mtrs by 10 to 12mm depending on the type of material used.
We currently manufacture assemblies up to 5 Mtrs in length, larger projects are possible but would require assembly on site. Production can be
from customers drawings, or you can

supply us with a design brief and we will take it from there, advising on construction and materials to be used
