Laser Marking

We have seen a rapid growth in the need to mark some of the components we manufacture, laser marking produces a permanent mark resistant to oils and solvents, dependent on the plastic used.

Marking in this way negates the use of labels and printing, which when in an aggressive environment, do not stand the test of time.

Laser marking is also far more economical than these other methods on low batches.

sequential element of the examples mentioned here are just a line of code when laser marking.

As well as marking, we can also ablate plastic laminates, this is an option when a coloured text is required.
Ablation produces a high quality mark but is susceptible to solvents.
